TP Jazz Band Goes to NEW ORLEANS:
Thursday April 26th-29th! Before they go they will be performing at the SDUHSD College Night at the Fairgrounds On the 25th. 5-6pm at the Sports Pub Paddock

SCSBOA (Southern CA School Band & Orchestra Assocation) Festival @ El Camino High School 3/8 & 3/9
Advanced Orchestra- Unanimous Superior AA (Collegiate Category), going on to regionals. Wind Ensemble- Unanimous Superior, A Category, going on to Regionals, Intermediate Orchestra- Excellent, A category.
Irvine Jazz Festival 3/17 TP Jazz Band 4th place, superior rating & Outstanding Solosits to: Donnie Laudicina, Cindy Choe. TP Combo A 3rd place & Superior rating. Most Outstanding Solosit for entire division awarded to Donnie Laudicina!
Fullerton College Festival 3/24 TP Jazz Band 1st place, superior rating. Solosits awards: Francisco Jo & Donnie Laudicina. TP Combo A 3rd place & superior rating. Soloist awards: Francisco Jo, Cindy Choe, Sean Elliott

Recordings @ Studio West:
Just before the end of the 2010-2011 school year the Advanced Orchestra & Jazz Band recorded albums at Studio West (9 tracks each). They turned out great and we still have some available for purchase. Please see Mrs. Willcox if you would like to purchase one for $20. (below are two jazz band videos from Studio west and two audio clips of the Advanced Orchestra. Enjoy!
