2009-2010 P.E. Log Due Dates:

1/3/5 Classes:
- First Semester: 9/23, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/18, 12/3, 12/17, 1/6, 1/21
- Second Semester: 2/17, 3/4, 3/17, 3/31, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13, 5/27, 6/9
2/4/6 Classes:
- First Semester: 9/24, 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, 11/19, 12/2, 12/16, 1/7, 1/20
- Second Semester: 2/18, 3/3, 3/18, 4/1, 4/14, 4/28, 5/12, 5/26, 6/10

Please fill out your P.E. logs and turn them in at the beginning of class on the provided form with a parent signature.

You must meet the minimum of 400 minutes for each log period. Late p.e logs will not be accepted.

This year the the ISPE will count as a Pass or Fail course. Students who miss more than one log will receive an F for their ISPE grade!!!

P.E. Log Reports:

P.E. Log Reports are due on the following days:

1/3/5 Classes:
- 11/5, 1/21, 3/31 & 6/9
2/4/6 Classes 11/4, 1/20, 4/1 & 6/10
- For your P.E. log report, state your preformance objectives (listing your specific and measurable goals) and list and explain the major activities you have planned to help you reach your goals. All reports music be at least two paragraphs long and typed.
