Please fill out your P.E. logs and turn them in at the beginning of class on the provided form with a parent signature.
You must meet the minimum of 400 minutes for each log period. Late p.e logs will not be accepted. Students who miss more than two p.e logs will be automatically switch to Visual and Performing Arts Credit.

For your P.E. log report, state your preformance objectives (listing your specific and measurable goals) and list and explain the major activities you have planned to help you reach your goals. All reports music be at least two paragraphs long and typed.
