Attention All CCA Athletes
CIF requires all athletes to have a up-to-date physical as of June 1, 2006.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the student to pick up their Blue CCA Athletic Eligibility Card. Cards for Fall Sports will be available for pick in the attendance office beginning Monday July 10th, 2006.
Fall Sports Update
If your student is planning to try out for a Fall Sport please make sure that he or she has turned in a COMPLETE Athletic Packet with a Physical to Stacy Candia in the administration office. Please note that we need a copy of the latest report card from each athlete. Mrs. Candia will be accepting packets beginning Monday July 10th through Friday August 4th. You can pick up the Athletic Packet from Mrs. Candia in the athletics office or download and print the pdf version of the Athletic Packet.*
After your student turns in his or her completed Athletic Packet, he or she will receive a Blue C.C.A. Eligibility Clearance Card from Mrs. Candia. Your student must have a Blue C.C.A. Eligibility Clearance Card to give to his or her coach on the first day of tryouts for any C.C.A. Fall Sport.

If you are interested, you can also download and print the Independent Study P.E. packet pdf file* or pick one up at Canyon Crest Academy during normal school hours. If you need extra copies of the ISPE log, you can download and print just the ISPE log.*
