Students and parents can view unofficial transcripts and graduation status through the Aeries portal at any time. 

To order an official transcript to be mailed, please complete a Transcript Request form with the CCA Registrar, Carol Olszewski, located in the Student Services - Counseling building.  If you would like the transcript mailed by CCA, please provide a stamped, addressed envelope and allow at least 2 - 3 days processing time.  Click here for the Registrar's website.  

Remember, because year-long classes are taken in one term on the 4 x 4 schedule, each quarter grade is the equivalent of earning a Fall semester or a Spring semester grade in a traditional school year.  For more information, see  4x4 Schedule Presentation.

There are three types of GPA on the CCA transcript:

Acad. GPA 9-12:    Includes every course taken in grades 9 -12, except PE and TA.

Acad. GPA 10-12:  Includes every course taken in grades 10 -12 except PE and TA, this is aligned with the UC/CSU admission GPA.

Total GPA 9-12:  Includes every course taken in grades 9 -12.
