Students must apply and be accepted to the following courses in order to take them.  If you plan to apply to any of these courses, pay attention to the following instructions.

BAND      If you are going to take Concert Band, Symphonic Band or Jazz Band, write "Concert Band" on your schedule. After you audition, the music teacher will give counselors a list of exactly in which band students will be. Click HERE to schedule an audition for the appropriate level of band.

If you plan to take Guitar (aka "Rock Band"), you need to audition.  You can play either guitar, drums, bass, keyboards, or sing.  Choose another elective until you audition. If you are accepted, your counselor will adjust your schedule.

INDEPENDENT STUDY PE (ISPE)      If you plan to take ISPE instead of Year-One PE as a 9TH GRADER, you MUST fill out an ISPE application.  Until your appilcation is approved, put "Year-One PE" on your schedule. If you are approved, your counselor will replace Year-One PE with ISPE.  If you plan to take ISPE as a 10-12 grader, select either a free period or another elective until your application is approved.

LEADERSHIP/ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY (ASB)   If you plan to run for ASB, you need to put another elective on your schedule until the ASB Director confirms your position.  As soon as applications become available, you can get one HERE.

YEARBOOK    If you plan to take Yearbook, you need to apply first.  Until you are accepted, choose another elective. If you are selected for the course(s) to which you applied, your counselor will adjust your schedule. Click on the appropriate link below, print out the application, and turn it in to the Counseling office. As soon as applications are available, you can get them HERE.

DANCE    If you plan to take any other dance course than "intro," you must audition first.  Until you audition, select "intro." After your audition, your counselor will adjust your schedule accordingly.  To contact Ms. yates, our dance instructor, click HERE.

CONSERVATORY   For ANY Conservatory course, you must apply. These courses take place after school, so they will not affect your schedule.  You must be at least in 10TH GRADE to be accepted to Conservatory.
