Procedures for Requesting High School Recommendations to
Private Schools
If your student will be applying to a Private
High School and you will be requesting Transcripts, Teacher, or
Administrator recommendations, please provide all items below to Lee
Ann Howe in the Counseling Office.
All recommendations and transcript requests will be tracked
and mailed to the High Schools as an entire packet to ensure that
they completed and submitted by the deadlines.
All first semester transcripts will follow and be forwarded
when they are available after February 3rd. Please provide:
1.
Pre-Stamped
with 3
postage stamps – 9 x 12 envelopes addressed to the school applying
to.
2.
Teacher
recommendation forms
3.
Administrator recommendation form if needed
4.
Transcript
request form
All items submitted incomplete or without a pre-stamped
envelope will be returned to the student. |
