Senior Ads are due Friday, November 4, 2016 at 3:00 PM.

Download the Senior Ad Form, fill it out and include it with your ad when you submit it.

Ads submitted after November 4 will be considered late and will be subject to an additional charge of $50.

The size of the half page ad is 8 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Take a letter size page and fold it in half and you will find the proper dimensions of the ad. We will be able to fit your ad into our design.

Most ads are made up of photos that are glued to a 8 1/2 by 5 inch sheet. We scan those ads.
Ads that are scanned by the client should be of a resolution of at least 300 dots per inch (dpi).

The resulting ad should be in a jpg format. Ads made with popular programs such as Word or PowerPoint should be exported as a pdf with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

The number of photos to use in an ad can be determined by whether you can still recognize the people in the photos.
If you have too many photos and the faces get smaller, it will be difficult to recognize who is in the photos. Three photos and a message will divide up the ad region into four good size spaces.
Five pictures and a message will divide up the ad region into six good size spaces.
More than five photos and a message might work but usually if the photos are close-ups.
Group shots show up best when used with large spaces so that everyone in the photo can be recognized. Group photos will need plenty of space to be discernible.

We can design the ad for you if you give us the photos and the message.
If you give us photos to design your ad, please try to avoid using originals. Try and get a commercial business to make duplicates for you and give us the duplicates.
If your photos are already in digital format then just email them to Make sure to include the name of the student in the subject.
