forms and submit to Athletic Office. Don't forget to attach a
photocopy of your health insurance card (front and back) as well as
your most recent report card. Report cards can be downloaded
from the Parent Portal.
You must have a blue card in order to try out. The Athletic
Office is located in the B Building. Enter through the third
set of double doors and the office is in the corner.
