Having trouble accessing your grade on our website?

Troubleshooting Steps:

PROBLEM #1:  As a parent, my student has not told me their ID number or PIN yet. 

Simplest solution:  Please ask your student for that info.   They have it; I made students write it down in their planners.  If they have lost their PIN, you can e-mail me and I'll look it up for you, but please ask them for the info first.

PROBLEM #2:  Can't see the box to input Student ID and Pin

If you can't see the log-in box when you click on that link, you'll need to to install Java scripts.  

• go to  www.java.com, 
• click on Get it Now, 
• This installs the java scripts which allow you to print your grade off the Internet.

PROBLEM #3:   Can't log in

• Did you type in your student ID # from your ID card or schedule correctly?
• Are you using your four-digit PIN from Mrs. CB's class?  Your PIN is different for each subject.

PROBLEM #4:  Forgot PIN # 

This is related to problem #1, but this answer is tailored to students.  Students, you were supposed to write your PIN down and then give it to your parents so they can check your grade too.  Come see Mrs. CB before school or at the end of class or during homeroom/SSR to get your PIN again.
