About Me
I have an MFA in directing from the UCSD Department of Theatre and Dance where I have taught acting. improvisation, and commedia dell'arte.I also studied clowning and physical theatre at the Dell'Arte School in Blue Lake, California.
I worked at Seattle Repertory Theatre assisting Doug Hughes for one season. Before coming to CCA, I worked extensively with the education programs at La Jolla Playhouse and directed at Portland Stage Company. I also spent a year as a visiting professor at Colgate University.
I love modern productions of classic plays. My favorite playwright is Molière. I also love contemporary musicals; I worked as an assistant director with the national tour of RENT for quite a while.
What else can I tell you?
