Registration Clearance Form:

The Registration Clearance Form must be submitted for a student's registration to be fully complete; they are due in room C-104.  Please read through the information contained on the pages listed below in order for both students and families to familiarize themselves with the course before signing the form.  If you have questions, please contact Mark Van Over, the Social Science Department Chair, at mark.vanover@sduhsd.net.

• Registration Clearance Form

This form needs to be signed and returned to the AP U.S. Government and Politics instructor prior to enrolling in the course.  This form is due in room C-104.  (PLEASE DO NOT TURN INTO THE COUNSELING CENTER.)
