    This is a Wikipedia alphabetical list of sculptors, both historical and contemporary, with links to separate pages about each artist.

    An art encyclopedia that enables you to search for artists by name, search for art by title of the piece, or to look at different museum collections.

    This is a searchable database/archive of art images from collections and major museums around the world. There is even an option, if you are doing research and need help in finding an image or with ideas of where to look, for you to submit a request for help from the site's art historians.

    This is a directory of visual arts artist sites. These are historical and contemporary artists that are grouped into categories, such as digital artists, craftsmen, photographers, painters, etc, to make searching through them easier. You can also search by different media (like print making, acrylic painting, pastel, pottery, etc.), by art movements (renaissance, baroque, cubism, etc), and by the subject matter of the art.
