Grading

Semester grades are based on TEST 70 % ,CLASS WORK AND PARTICIPATION 10 % AND HOMEWORK 20 %. YOU  WILL GET WRITTEN HOMEWORK EVERY MONDAY, YOUR WEEKLY TEST WILL BE BASED ON THE HOMEWORK. If you are absent check the Aries portal for the description of  the homework, I DO NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE HOMEWORK. Tuesdays and block period days your hw will consist of studying your new vocabulary or your new grammar concepts to help you review for test on Friday.
Attendance
1.Tardy=after school detention
2.Absent= Please  find out about missed homework
Testing
1. Talking during test= -5 points
2. Looking at other students' notes, books, or papers= 0 on test
